Fees for Coaching:
Hourly: Includes a 1-hour training session with Joel plus six days of individualized training plans.
Monthly: Includes one training session per week with Joel plus 1 month of daily individualized plans.
Remote plan: Includes daily e-mail correspondence and one telephone call per week.
